and what do you think about the tooth fairy… ‘smile’
I think whatever little mental trick that gets you through the day is just dandy.
This kind of magical thinking (if I wear lucky socks the planets will realign their orbits) is a wonderful coping mechanism, gives one a sense of control (who cares if it’s false) and as you say, gets one through the day. It leads to compulsive behavior but you get used to it. Thanks!
